You might be asking: What’s the big deal? or What’s the difference between these pages and other handwriting pages? And those are great questions!

1. The handwriting example is at the top RIGHT of the page. Often times, examples are on the top left, which means left-handed learners cover up the example when they are writing.

2. Also at the top right of the pages, there’s an image to remind left-handed writers to tilt their paper, with the left corner pointing up.

3. Some of the stroke patterns are different. For example, the t is crossed moving from right to left instead of left to right. This prevents lefties from pushing their pencil. Because all professionals OTs or even lefties agree on this point, I’ve included alternative stroke patterns in BOTH the number and letter handwriting pages.

4. The examples on the actual writing lines are to the right of the practice area. When the example or model is on the left, often a leftie’s hand covers up the example, so all examples are on the right side of each line.
