NO PREP Prefixes Pages
This pack covers these prefixes (combined with based words), in a NO PREP format: re, un, pre, mis, non, dis, in (meaning not and in/into), ir, il, im, sub, over, fore, post, under, anti, semi, tele, tri, bi, uni, & co.
For each suffix type, these three kinds of activities are included:
1. Read & Add – These pages ask learners to add the prefix to a base word. For example: re+read = reread
2. Read & Divide – These pages ask learners to read the whole word and divide it into the prefix and base word. For example: reread = re + read.
3. Read & Define – These pages ask learners to read the sentence, find the word with the prefix, and then define the word in the context of the sentence. For example: We think the new rules are unfair.
All of these activities have been adapted for Seesaw and Google Slides. Links and directions to assign them to your learners are included in the product.
